With the global shift toward product and service standardisation Elinem Construction ensured that we remain at the forefront of industry evolution by initiating the process for accreditation to the International Institute of Welding’s – “Manufacturer Certification Scheme for the Management of Quality in Welding” according to ISO Standard 3834 with the focus on the welded product. Elinem was accredited with ISO 3834 Part 2 (Comprehensive Quality Requirements) certification on the 5th of March 2013.
Elinem has and inhouse level II NDT department and has two level II Welding and Fabrication inspectors, an International Welding Engineer also serves at our pleasure on a consultant basis.

In the June of 1993 Elinem Construction started off as the construction division of Elinem Engineering (Pty) Ltd and separated from the parent company in the year of 1998. The company started its solo journey by focusing its activities on the fabrication and maintenance of regulated High-Pressure Systems. These operations were executed as a Level One service provider in the power generation sector (Eskom) and still form an important pillar in our service offering. In the constantly changing macro environment of construction and engineering Elinem Construction has, through hard work and its proactive approach to our clients’ expectations, experienced exceptional growth.
